A Week of Smoking with the Pit Boss Navigator
We went to the south of Austria and used our Pit Boss Navigator BBQ to smoke XO beef ribs, mozzarella and Grana Padano cheese, spatchcock chicken and finally some pulled pork.
Smoked Beef Ribs
In this video we made Mark's favorite smoked meat - beef ribs. We used two different rubs, one more winter themed since we were smoking surrounded by snow. We also show how we used the Meater wireless thermometers.

Smoked St. Louis style cut pork ribs
In this winter themed video we made three different rubs for our pork ribs. The first one ist just salt, pepper & garlic powder. For the second we also added smoked paprika and brown sugar. For the third one we tried a Christmas mix which included with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika powder, ground cinnamon, ground clove, ground star anise, ground coffee beans and chipotle powder. As a binder we used mustard.

Spatchcock BBQ Duck with Orange Glace
How to make a balcony BBQ Duck on a Weber grill? We seasoned the duck with an orange and maple glaze and accompanied it with some bbq cauliflower seasoned with "rub me tender" spice from Sonnentor. We also made a delicious sauce using duck stock.
Beef Short Ribs
In this video we smoked juicy beef shot ribs and cauliflower. We used the Pit Boss Navigator grill and some spices from Sonnentor. The cauliflower we mixed with butter and milk to make a puree. Both turned out amazing and it was a family feast!

Pecan smoked Brisket
We smoked a brisket with pecan pellets on the Pit Boss Navigator grill. It was on the grill for about 17 hours and rested for 2 hours. If you think you can't get an intense smoke flavor and a proper smoke ring with pellet grill - WATCH THIS VIDEO!

Pecan smoked Picanha

Smoked Beef and Pork Ribs
In this video we are smoking beef and pork ribs on the Pit Boss Navigator. On the beef ribs we are just using salt and pepper. For the pork ribs we use a spicy rub and also some homemade BBQ sauce.
